Cruise Route

Day 1: Fort Lauderdale (Florida), USA. Departure time: 15:00. Formerly established as a military base, Fort Lauderdale boasts over 270 waterways that converge at the city`s marina, the second largest in the United States. Because of this, the port city is also referred to as the "American Venice." The centerpiece of the city is the "Las Olas Boulevard," where numerous shops, upscale boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants are located. The biggest attraction in Fort Lauderdale is the miles-long white sandy beach. Other points of interest include the "Stranahan House" - the city`s oldest historical home, the "Museum of Discovery and Science," the "Riverfront Complex," and the house on the river where Al Capone once lived.

Day 2 - 9: Sea day.

Day 10: Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife), Canary Islands. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. The island capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife is a friendly, vibrant city that hosts the famous botanical garden alongside picturesque streets, parks, and squares. The center of Santa Cruz is a mix of old neighborhoods and modern architecture. Nearby the city, you can find the renowned beaches Las Gaviotas and Las Teresitas. The mountain Monte de la Esperanza located in front of the city is also worth a visit, as from its summit you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the island.

Sights: Plaza de España with war memorial, museums of archaeology and anthropology, Carta Palace, Baroque church Iglesia de la Concepción, museum of painting and sculpture, Castillo de Paso Alto.

Day 11 - 12: Sea day.

Day 13: Cartagena, Spain. Arrival time: 07:00. Departure time: 17:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. The port city of Cartagena, located in the southeastern Spain on the Costa Calida, is ideal for a shore excursion. Its architecture reflects the Roman era in the cityscape. The ancient Roman theater, the Art Nouveau town hall, and the Grand Hotel are among the main attractions. The cozy old town with its unique charm, numerous restaurants, and shops invites visitors to linger.

Day 15: Barcelona, Spain. Arrival time: 05:00. The city is a successful blend of tradition and modernity. Here you can find both historic buildings from the Middle Ages and modern architecture. Barcelona is considered the most important economic center of Catalonia. In terms of culture, the Mediterranean metropolis has a lot to offer, including the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. In the Gothic old town "Barri Gotic" stands the Cathedral "La Seu" from the 13th century. But the iconic symbol of Barcelona is the church "Sagrada Familia", designed by Antonio Gaudí. In Barcelona, there is a bustling business scene during the day as well as an active nightlife. Another sight to see is the "Rambles", the magnificent promenade located in the center with numerous street cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Additionally, one should not miss "El Puerto", the port with a beautiful view over Barcelona and the nearby Boulevard "Paseo de Colón".
