Day 28: Prince Christian Sound, Greenland. The strait in the south of the country separates Greenland from the offshore island groups. The sea route is 100 kilometers long and connects the Labrador Sea to the west with the Irminger Sea to the east.
Day 29: Qaqortoq (Julianehåb), Greenland. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 17:00. Duration of port stay: 9 hours. Qaqortoq is the largest city in southern Greenland. The 3,490 residents live in a modern environment with several schools, factories, and shops providing employment opportunities. The city is also home to Greenland`s only company producing clothing from seal fur, mainly sold domestically. Visitors can explore the old missionary buildings near the marketplace, which now serve as a museum. Another unique feature of Qaqortoq is the painted rock and granite walls, as well as numerous stone sculptures displayed throughout the streets.

Located in the far north of the Canadian island of Newfoundland, St. Anthony is nestled between numerous lakes and the Atlantic Ocean. The harbor town features a variety of typical local houses and offers several museums.
Day 32: St. John`s (Neufundland), Canada. Arrival time: 10:00. Departure time: 23:00. Duration of port stay: 13 hours. With around 140,000 residents, St. John`s is the largest city in Newfoundland and also the oldest city in North America. As large parts of the rugged island are uninhabitable, most people live in the city and small coastal suburbs. Colorful wooden houses and quaint pubs, especially on the legendary George Street, are St. John`s trademarks. In the middle of the city is Signal Hill, from which the reception of a wireless message transmission from Europe was first achieved in 1901. In spring, there is a high chance of spotting huge icebergs passing by, while in summer, whales frolic here. Nearby is also where the Titanic disaster occurred.

The city, located near Montreal, is known for its numerous galleries and museums; furthermore, the port city hosts countless cultural and musical events. The city`s port is set against a picturesque coastal landscape. Some historic buildings still stand here, housing small shops, restaurants, and the Museum of Natural History, which features an exhibition about the Titanic. Other attractions include Citadel Hill, Parliament, the Spring Garden Road Region, the Public Gardens, and Point Pleasant Park.

Day 36: Boston (Massachusetts), USA. Arrival time: 07:00. Boston, the capital of Massachusetts and gateway to New England, is a city rich in history yet at the same time vibrant and energetic. With just over half a million residents, Boston is one of the most historically and culturally interesting and beautiful cities in the USA. Unlike many other large cities, Boston boasts numerous historical buildings and neighborhoods, making it one of the most architecturally impressive cities on the continent. Historic structures, cobblestone streets, and tranquil parks coexist harmoniously with modern skyscrapers. Visitors can explore a section of the Berlin Wall in the harbor area and even embark on whale-watching trips by boat from there.
