Cruise Route

Day 1: Fort Lauderdale (Florida), USA. Departure time: 15:00. Formerly built as a military base, Fort Lauderdale has over 270 waterways that converge in the city`s marina, the second largest in the USA. That is why the port city is also known as the "American Venice". The center of the city is formed by the "Las Olas Boulevard", where numerous shops, fine boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants are located. The main attraction in Fort Lauderdale is the kilometer-long, white sandy beach. Other attractions include the "Stranahan House" - the oldest historical house in the city, the "Museum of Discovery and Science", the "Riverfront Complex", and the house on the river where Al Capone once lived.

Day 2 - 3: Sea day.

Day 4: St. Kitts, St. Kitts and Nevis. Arrival time: 09:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 9 hours. St. Kitts is the larger island of the island group St. Kitts and Nevis. It was discovered by Christopher Columbus and is known for its many fortresses. The most famous of these is the UNESCO World Heritage site Brimstone Hill Fortress, which is one of the island`s most popular attractions due to its good condition. The capital of the island, Basseterre, is a must-visit when in St. Kitts. There you will find beautiful Victorian architecture, the noteworthy St. George`s Church, and the National Museum of St. Kitts.

Day 5: Guadeloupe, Guadeloupe. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. Guadeloupe is a French overseas department. The colony consists of a group of nine islands located in the eastern Caribbean. Grand-Terre and Basse-Terre are the two main islands of the group. Grand-Terre is known for its cosmopolitan flair and has a thriving economy. Basse-Terre, on the other hand, is a paradise for relaxation with a mountainous, lush, and untouched landscape. In the heart of the island rises the volcano "Soufrière," surrounded by a magnificent tropical forest. The Guadeloupe archipelago is a paradise for active people. Biking, golf, tennis, canoeing, and diving are just a few of the sports that can be enjoyed on the "Butterfly of the Caribbean," as the colony is also called. For divers, Guadeloupe offers a special attraction: the underwater reserve "Jaques Cousteau" is a mecca for hobby divers and impresses with its marine vegetation.

Day 6: Castries, St. Lucia. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. Castries is the main and port city of the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. With approximately 65,000 inhabitants, it is the largest city on the island, located between the Caribbean Sea and green hills. It serves as the starting point for excursions to the island of St. Lucia. In Castries, there are hardly any historical sights left to see, as many wooden houses burned down in recent decades. Worth seeing are the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception at Columbus Square and the Government House. A stroll through the city is especially worthwhile on Saturday mornings, when market stalls are set up at the deep-sea port, The Carenage. The shopping center Point Seraphine offers a possibility for duty-free shopping. Northeast of Castries is the Vigie Peninsula, where tourists frolic on the beach in a modern resort.

Day 7: St. Vincent, St. Vincent & Grenadines. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. At first glance, St. Vincent impresses with the active volcano Soufriere, which reaches a height of 1,220 meters. It offers a spectacular view and is the main attraction for tourists visiting St. Vincent. The island`s landscape is predominantly wooded. Hiking through the dense forest is a diverse attraction for nature lovers. St. Vincent is known for its large plantations where bananas, sugarcane, cotton, and coconuts are grown. Additionally, the island was one of the filming locations for the movie "Pirates of the Caribbean".

Day 8: Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. The capital of Grenada is called St. George`s and is only 5 km away from the long white sandy beach of the island, "Grand Anse". However, the real attraction of Grenada is the island itself. It invites its visitors to stroll and hike through its tropical landscape. Furthermore, the turquoise waters of the Caribbean offer an ideal setting for sailing trips and diving excursions.

Day 10: Sea day.

Day 11: Curacao, Curacao. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 22:00. Duration of port stay: 14 hours. Curacao is the longest island of the ABC Islands. The buildings on the island reflect both Dutch and Caribbean influences. The capital of the island, where people from over 50 countries live, is Willemstad.

Day 12: Aruba, Aruba. Arrival time: 07:00. Departure time: 16:00. Duration of port stay: 9 hours. The island is part of the ABC Islands, which also include Bonaire and Curaçao. Aruba is the smallest and westernmost of the three islands. It is located 30 km off the coast of Venezuela, is 30 km long, and never exceeds 9 km in width. Due to the dry, warm climate, rough limestone cliffs dominate the northern coast, while the interior of the country is flat and blossoms with a rich flora and fauna.

In the south and west of Aruba, you will find magical Caribbean beaches with white sand and turquoise water; the most famous of them is the long sandy beach called "Palm Beach". The beautiful island capital Oranjestad, built in Dutch colonial style, offers visitors the Wilhelmina Park for relaxation and the colorful market for strolling.
