The metropolis is a commercial port, industrial center, and cultural city all at once. With over a thousand restaurants offering dishes from 16 Chinese regions as well as international cuisine. A long row of classical high-rise buildings gives Shanghai its characteristic cityscape. In the Old Street, one can find buildings in the style of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The tallest TV tower in Asia, the "Pearl of the East" at 468 meters, is equipped with an elevator that takes tourists to the observation deck, offering a unique view of the city.

The two cities are connected by the same subway network, making them easily accessible. Seoul is the largest city in South Korea and also the capital of the country. It has the world`s largest subway network and is generally considered a highly developed global city. A perfect view can be enjoyed from the city`s tallest building, the YTN Seoul Tower. The tower is 230 meters high and has various levels offering shopping and dining options. Also worth seeing is the Gyeongbokgung Palace. The grounds also house other notable structures, such as the royal residential quarters. History enthusiasts can visit the Korean War Memorial at the War Memorial of Korea Museum. The subtropical volcanic island is the largest and most beautiful South Korean island, located in the Korea Strait southwest of Jeollanam-do. The extinct volcano Hallasan, standing at 1,950 meters, is the highest mountain in South Korea and features a crater lake. The national park also includes hundreds of volcanically formed hills with many lava tunnels, giving the landscape its own unique atmosphere. Manjanggul is one of the longest lava tunnels in the world, inhabited by various animal species such as bats. Visitors can also marvel at numerous stalactites here.

Day 7: Busan, South Korea. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 19:30. Duration of port stay: 11 hours 30 minutes. The name of the bustling metropolis of Busan means "Teakettle Mountain" and refers to the city`s location surrounded by mountains on three sides. In front of the port stands the "Dragon Head Island". From the platform of Busan Tower or the small restaurant in the tower, you have a great panoramic view. At the base of the tower, there is a maze of narrow alleys of Kukje Market. The traditional Chagalchi Fish Market is Korea`s liveliest market, offering freshly caught seafood and fish specialties. Taejongdae provides a magnificent view of the East Sea, featuring a beautifully situated bizarre rock formation with a large plateau. The city museum "Pokchon-dong" showcases Busan`s history from the 4th century onwards.

Other attractions include the Pomo(sa) Temple, the fortress of Kumjongsansong on Mount Kumjong, and Kumgang Park with a cable car and old trees.

Day 8: Fukuoka (Kyushu), Japan. Arrival time: 06:00. Departure time: 17:00. Duration of port stay: 11 hours. Fukuoka is located on the southernmost of the Japanese islands, Kyushu. Day 9: Hiroshima (Honshu), Japan. Arrival time: 09:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 9 hours. The city of Hiroshima is one of the wealthiest cities in Japan, but its high profile is largely due to the atomic bombing on August 6, 1945. The modern landmark of Hiroshima is the Genbaku Dome, also known as the Atomic Bomb Dome. The ruins of the former Industrial Promotion Hall, with its exposed steel dome, were left standing as a memorial.

Near the Genbaku Dome is the Children`s Peace Monument, inspired by Sadako Sasaki, one of the most famous victims of the disaster who died of leukemia as a result of the atomic bomb dropping. In Peace Park Heiwa Koen, there is also the Atomic Bomb Museum and a memorial grave with an eternal flame.

Day 10: Cochin (Shikoku), Japan. Arrival time: 10:00. Departure time: 20:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. Kochi is one of the few original preserved castle towns in Japan, located on the island of Shikoku. Kochi Castle is the city`s main tourist attraction alongside the Chikurin-ji Temple. In peaceful alleys, you can find kimonos, fans, and carved miniature figurines, not far from modern banking districts and upscale architectural masterpieces. Relaxation can be found in the spectacular Koraku Garden with replicas of Japanese landscapes, while thrill-seekers can head to the fish market where fish can be auctioned off. The largest Japanese museum, the National Museum, houses over 90,000 art objects. In 1958, the Japanese built a replica of the Eiffel Tower, which now stands taller than the original as the Tokyo Tower, at 333 meters high.
