Day 1: Barcelona, Spain. Departure time: 17:00. The city is a successful blend of tradition and modernity. Here you can find both historical buildings from the Middle Ages and modern architecture. Barcelona is considered the most important economic center of Catalonia. In terms of culture, the Mediterranean metropolis has a lot to offer, including the Picasso Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. In the Gothic old town "Barri Gotic" you will find the Cathedral "La Seu" from the 13th century. However, the symbol of Barcelona is the church "Sagrada Familia", designed by Antonio Gaudí. Barcelona is bustling both during the day with business activities and at night with an active nightlife. Another attraction is the "Rambles", the magnificent promenade located in the center, with numerous street cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Furthermore, one should not miss "El Puerto", the harbor with its beautiful view over Barcelona and the nearby boulevard "Paseo de Colón".

Day 2: Valencia, Spain. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 18:00. Duration of port stay: 10 hours. Valencia, located on the east coast of Spain, was founded by the Romans and later occupied by the Moors in the early Middle Ages before being reconquered by the Christians. The old town is home to numerous remarkable buildings, such as the cathedral dating back to 1262, whose bell tower is the symbol of Valencia, and the Church of Saint Catherine. Visitors can also explore the well-preserved towers of the medieval city wall. For relaxation, a trip on the modern tram to one of Valencia`s many beaches is highly recommended. The white city by the sea, built on seven hills and surrounded by the natural harbor "Rio Tejo", was founded by the Phoenicians around the 9th-7th century BC. Today it is the capital of Portugal and also one of the oldest cities in Europe. Lisbon is rich in monuments. In addition, the Portuguese capital offers a diverse and interesting cultural scene with theater performances, concerts and exhibitions. The "Bairro Alto" (Upper Town) is known for its nightlife. Day 6: Leixões (Porto), Portugal. Arrival time: 08:00. Departure time: 16:00. Duration of port stay: 8 hours. Portugal`s secret capital, Porto, is the namesake of the whole country. It is considered one of the most beautiful metropolises in Europe and is mainly known for its famous Port wine. Those who don`t want to miss out on urban ambiance will feel at home in Porto, the country`s second-largest city. The glorious Portuguese fleet was built in the city`s port. However, there are also cafes and bistros. The houses in the city are closely packed together on steep cliffs, often closely behind and above each other, creating terraces of extremely picturesque effect. Sights: Praça da Liberdade, Câmara Municipal, Soares-dos-Reis National Museum.

The port city of Ferrol is located in the northwest of Spain in the province of La Coruña on the Atlantic Ocean. The city is the birthplace of Spanish dictator Francisco Franco. During Holy Week, you can watch the traditional Spanish processions in Ferrol. On a day trip to Ferrol, you should also visit the old arsenal and the fortresses of San Felipe and La Palma.

The port of Dover is only 28 km away from France. 14 million passengers are shuttled through here every year to commute between the British Isles and the French mainland. The peninsula on the south coast of England is located in the English Channel and is connected to the English mainland by the land bridge Chesil Beach. The main feature of the island is the limestone, which has been used in the past to build important buildings in London, including the famous St. Paul`s Cathedral. The impressive Portland Castle adorns the artificial harbor and was once used for defense against the French. A visit to nearby Dorset should not be missed when visiting Portland.

Here, in the St. Coleman Cathedral, the only carillon in all of Ireland can be found, which consists of 49 bronze bells. A visit to the Fota Wildlife Park is definitely recommended, where approximately 30 different species of mammals and about 50 species of birds call home. Other attractions include the Cobh Heritage Center and the Cobh Museum. The Titanic Trail city tour follows the history of the numerous emigrants who set off from Cobh to America and provides information about the Titanic`s final stop before its sinking.
