Day 1: Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), South Africa. Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha is located on the Algoa Bay and is the fifth largest city in South Africa. The charming old town has retained its small-town charm, while modern buildings line the outskirts of the city. It is worth climbing the 52-meter high bell tower, the Campanile, from which you have an excellent view of the harbor and the center.
